how many blood tests do pregnant woman take during pregnancy?

i turned 22 weeks yesterday and i was wondering how many more blood tests i have to get. my most recent was for cystic fibrosis and it was last friday..how many do i have left and what do they test for.& does every pregnant woman get tested for amniocentesis or just woman who fit in certain categories.THANKS*

    Around 28 weeks you will have the glucose test done and they will check your blood sugar. I think mine was just a finger ***** though, no big deal. Unless there are problems that should be it. Not everyone gets the amniocentesis done, it comes with the risk of miscarriage. It’s typically only offered to women who are at risk such as a family history of certain diseases or over 35 years old.

    Im 35 weeks and i have only had 2 blood test. I had one when in the beginning of my pregnancy and then i had one at 28 weeks for the glucose test. That just check to make sure you don’t have gestational diabetes.

  4. Hemorrhoid Cure

    I had one more at 28 weeks for the glucose test and that was it. They only do amnio if you are over 35 and/or have shown a chance for birth defects in a previous test. In both instances you can refuse.
