If i have had a blood test, urinalysis, ct scan and stool samples taken to no avail in whats causing my stomach pains/discomfort for Months,
ranging form near belly button on left side and right side and the top of the stomach/whole stomach in general

the pain ranges from dull to stabbing to flickering to regular stomach pains on and off or for hours or no pain at all.
They thought it was diverticulitis but not anymore.

i’m not pregnant or just gave birth either
the pain is mostly located on the left side near the belly button

it sounds like u might have something wrong with your appendix and might need to get it removed
