How do I diet with food allergies?

I know it sounds like an excuse but how do I diet with food allergies? I am allergic to nuts, seafood and most fruits. Does anybody have any ideas when most diets depend on these to work effectively?

I’d recommend that you make a list of ALL foods you’re allergic to, and then make an appointment with a nutritionist. He/she can help you develop a diet plan that will suit your needs AND take into account your allergy concerns.
make a list of what you cant have and then visit what you can have. personally im allergic to milk so i know how bad it is.. everything has milk in it for some reason.
watch cooking shows and learn to experiment as far as flavors: im pretty sure what you cant have does not have to be a detriment to good tasting food. look for substitutes if you can. seafood are not the only proteins you can have .. theres chicken, pork, lamb and beef still to be had.. and then rice, noodles .. and you didnt say anything about vegetables.
when you study those cooking shows (personally love Gordon Ramsey) you’ll find out that its not about big portions but lots of different things to have different tastes. reduce your portions. still the best diet out there.
